Our client currently requires an experienced Service Advisor who is looking for the next step up in their career. Having worked in the role for 2 years or more you will have experience with 1 Link, processing warranty claims and DMS (Pinnicle advantageous). As part of your role you will also be required to deputise while the Service Manager is out of the business. Finally you should be very focussed on Customer Relationship Management and up selling.
