The main purposes of this role is to take overall responsibility for the day to day management of the Dealership, maximising sales and profit oppportunities within the dealership, consistently exceeding all external and internal customer expectations in line with operational policies. To manage the recruitment, development, motivation and performance of the team. The successful candidate will have held a similar senior position ideally for a minimum of 5 years with specific responsibilities for achieving key performance targets for the site.
