Our Client is looking for a Sales Professional who has an experience of the Motortrade and the Dealer Network to take on the exciting role of Account Manager for the Central Midlands area (Reading to Northampton).

The purpose of the role is to deliver agreed revenue and margin targets by maximising opportunities and demand development in assigned accounts thoughout the Fleet, Dealer and Bodyshop network

• To be successful you will maintain up-to-the-minute knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, demographics to assess their effect on assigned accounts. 
• Be able to identify and implement opportunities to increase the volume of business and average value, to embrace and promote all company/ sales initiatives and incentive programmes to drive target delivery.
• Keeps account plans and activity schedules up-to-date to focus on maximising profitable opportunities and will keep one step ahead of the competition - knows their strengths, weaknesses and activity levels.
• Spots the danger signs and highlights them immediately to the Regional Director

This role would suit an experienced Sales Manager, Corporate Sales Manager or BDM from within the Dealer Network. Experience in account management or field sales would also be preferred.  This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation of choice and can offer the successful applicant a real chance of progression and development.
