Your team will be responsible for delivering our aim, which is to create long lasting customer relationships and achieve our 'right first time / every time' ambition. You will need to be familiar with all aspects of Service Management and be able to demonstrate first class leadership qualities. You must be prepared to work in a challenging environment, possess excellent interpersonal skills and have a resilient, mature attitude in a department that consistently demands the use of initiative. Strong motivational and team building skills will assist the successful candidate in this rewarding role
