Brand Training Specialist required for Prestige Motor Company Buckinghamshire Salary: £34,000k OTE + Car + Excellent Benefits Location: Milton Keynes Our client a well established Prestige Motor Company are seeking to recruit a Brand Training Specialist to join their friendly team. You will be responsible for the delivery of the training and development processes for network dealer employees (excluding technical/after-sales systems) within the Companies brands. Interfacing with the sales and marketing departments, you will develop training programmes in line with, and in support of, brand strategies and BER standards. Key Responsibilities of the Brand Training Specialist are as follows: You will define and deliver product training programmes to support the launch of new model introductions Define and deliver relevant product training to provide the Companys dealer sales force with exceptional product knowledge and competitor analysis Define and manage the delivery of effective sales skills training in line with dealer standards and plan, marketing and control the logistics of the CRM Programmes to the dealer network including negotiation with external suppliers and internal stakeholders Key Qualities: You will have proven experience in training delivery and development and will have knowledge and experience of franchised dealer operations Experience in managing people and/or external consultants and suppliers is essential You will have strong project management skills of complex simultaneous projects with strong negotiating ability You will also have knowledge of IT software and proven budgetary control to balance an income and expenditure budget using SAP Must have motor trade background If you match our requirements and are excited by working with a passionate and committed team please send your CV to Jo at Maiday Recruitment Services Ltd Email: (email address removed) Telephone Number: (phone number removed) Candidate must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
