Business Manager £18k Basic/£48k OTE Berkshire An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Manager to join a reputable company based in Berkshire. You will be responsible for; - Selling finance and insurance in line with targets - Achieving maximum profitability on sales of finance and insurance products - Ensure the implementation and management of sales and referral processes - Ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty - Work with Sales Executives to ensure customer awareness The ideal candidate will have a stable career history within the motor trade with the last 4/5 years being Business Management.
