Job Description

We have an immediate vacancy for a Service Team Leader. Reporting to the Service Manager you will be responsible for supervising the Service reception team to ensure that customer requirements for service and repair are dealt with to the highest standard.To also assist in the role of Service Advisor to cover holidays,sickness,lunch breaks and busy periods as necessary. You will be well presented,enthusiastic, a team player and a good communicator. You will already be a Service Team Leader or an experienced Service Advisor with an excellent track record of customer handling skills and target achievement.
