Reporting to the Service Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of managing workshop scheduling in order to maintain a high level of productivity and "right first time" repair, whilst motivating technicians towards better efficiency and quality. You will also have the ability to lead, coach and develop your team and know how to get the best out of people, so they perform to their highest level. This role consists of assigning work to Vehicle Technicians to ensure the smooth running of the workshop. The role holder will liaise daily with the Service Department, and be on hand to answer any queries from other departments and our customers.
You will have previous experience as a Workshop Controller in a main franchise or independent dealership, be driven, focused and possess exceptional organisational skills. You will be able to work under pressure towards daily targets while delivering the highest levels of customer service.
If successful you can enjoy a basic of £30-£35,000 and an OTE of an additional £20,000.
