The Role

• You will be responsible for the daily running of the workshop
• Exceed customer expectations
• Maintain safe working practices and abide by the working rules and standards
• Keeping up to date with all technological developments
• Identify individual training and development needs
• Leading and motivating whilst working as a team with the Technicians

Who we are looking for?

• Previous or current experience working as a Workshop Controller within a main dealer environment
• Committed to delivering exceptional customer service
• Team player
• knowledgeable and Technical

What's on offer?

• Basic salary £28,000 - £30,000
• £36,000 OTE
• Plus benefits
