Reporting to the Service Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of managing workshop scheduling in order to maintain a high level of productivity and "right first time" repair, whilst motivating technicians towards better efficiency and quality.
Ideally you will have at least 2 years experience as a workshop controller, or in a supervisory role in a main franchise or independent dealership be driven, focused and possess exceptional organisational skills. You will be able to work under pressure towards daily targets while delivering the highest levels of customer service.
The remuneration package on offer holds a £28,000 Basic and an OTE£30,000.
