We are actively looking to recruit a Customer Contact Executive for our Clients Main Car Dealership in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire
We require confident, enthusiastic and experienced telesales people. This is a varied role and is a great opportunity for someone who has first class customer service skills and thrives on building relationships over the telephone.
This is a central Contact Centre that works on behalf of the group of dealerships.
Knowledge or experience within the motor industry would be advantageous – but not essential. The ideal candidate will be tenacious and determined and have a passion for providing first class customer service. Attention to detail is a key skill required; the successful candidate will also be competent in the use of Microsoft Office and be able to meet deadlines.
Building relationships with our customers – no cold calling
Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls
Customer care follow up calls
Adding value to the customer experience
