My client is one of the area’s leading retailers of luxury vehicles and regarded as an outstanding motor industry employer. They have current requirement for a CRM / Service Administrator for their Northampton operation.
You will need to have an excellent telephone manner, be a good listener and a first class communicator both verbally and written. You must have an eye for detail and possess excellent organisational skills, general computer skills, preferably with Kerridge DMS. Above all you must be a true team player.
You will be responsible for delivering ‘outstanding’ customer service whilst handling any incoming service enquiries as well as a degree of outbound prospecting for the business, converting enquiries and prospects into appointments and identifying any additional business opportunities along the way. In addition to this you will be responsible for 1 link invoicing and new and used car warranty invoicing.
