Warranty Administrator required in Hertfordshire
Full Time and Part Time Considered
Progress Recruitment Solutions are looking to recruit on behalf of our client - a independent car dealership in Hertfordshire an experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator to join their busy Aftersales team.
As part of our clients franchised main car dealership aftersales team you will be responsible for invoicing and submitting warranty claims to the manufacturer. Applicants must have experience within a warranty position in a main car dealership and preferably have experience using Kerridge.
Due to the nature of this role the successful candidate will have excellent IT skills, be extremely meticulous and have a keen eye for detail! You should be organised and able to prioritise workload in what can be a busy and pressured environment, supporting the Aftersales department as a whole in order to contribute to the excellent levels of customer service provided by the Service team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warranty Administrator, Controller or Manager to join a successful brand and dealer group. To be considered for the above vacancy candidates must have recent main car dealership experience within a warranty role.
Candidates must have excellent customer skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
