Due to continued growth an experienced Warranty Administrator is required by our main dealer in Byfleet

The successful Warrranty Administrator will ideally have experience of the warranty process; gained within either a dedicated Warranty Administrator role or perhaps as part of a broader Workshop Controller or Service Advisor post. The Warranty Administrator will need to exhibit a close attention to detail, strong communication and teamworking skills as well as the ability to work in a structured and deadlined way.
Within this position the Warranty Administrator will: *Determine if repair description/write-up meets manufacturer standards *Submit claims to manufacturer *Assemble all additional information if manufacturer requires more information *Prepare all claims which need to be amended *Record all claims which are unpaid and work with Warranty
They offer a basic salary around £24,000 plus benefits and career opportunities.
