About the Role
Working in line with company procedures and BVRLA fair wear and tear policy, you will accurately inspect cars and commercial vehicles producing accurate and detailed reports for use in the auction process and by customers. As Vehicle Inspector, you will be responsible for consistently achieving quality and quantity outputs in line with SLA’s and branch targets.
At times the Vehicle Inspector will be required to interact with customers, providing information regarding inspections and demonstrate expertise and value of the product and service.
You will need to hold a full valid driving licence. With excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow a set process using hand held technology, knowledge of BVRLA fair wear and tear standards and an interest in cars would be beneficial. With strong customer service skills and the ability to cope well under pressure, working to targets and tight deadlines as part of a team in a fast paced environment, ideally you will have knowledge of vehicle derivatives and a basic mechanical knowledge.
