This opportunity is for a Leading Vehicle Remarketing company based in West Yorkshire and you will be working within the Vehicle Collections Department as an Administrator.  Your key responsibilities will include:

•              Arranging and booking vehicle collections

•              Managing customer's expectations by telephone, email and written communication

•              Chasing information following inspection of vehicles and liaising with collection agents

•              Input and update a bespoke transport and management platform promptly

•              General administration support working across the business function

Requirements

•              Strong written and verbal communication skills

•              Previous experience of working within a similar environment/transport role

•              Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

•              Team Player

•              Confident negotiator

•              Pro-active and show initiative

•              Good UK geographical knowledge

•              Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
