Our client, a franchise dealership group  is seeking a New and Used Car Sales Executive to join their established team in Bristol.

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to sell quality vehicles and associated products within a highly motivated and structured sales process environment.

Given the level and variety and brands of stock available for sale and at your disposal, this represents a great opportunity as there should be a vehicle for every budget and vehicle requirement.

The company also prides itself on very innovative marketing and offer methods that allied to an already very well established and loyal customer database ensures high levels of enquiry.

The Role:

To achieve personal car sales targets, profit targets and activity levels as defined in the job description.

To achieve all the key performance standards contained within the job description.

To provide the highest levels of customer service by providing a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive and efficient service projecting the quality image of the Company.

 

The Person:

This is very hands-on role and the person appointed will:

Have an outstanding record of sales achievement

Be able to comply with all company and manufacturer’s disciplines, procedures and reporting analysis

Be able to work within a defined sales process environment

Have good administration skills

Have an understanding of database management

The Rewards:

  • £12k basic plus commission (realistic £30k OTE based on 130 cars sold but there is potential to earn more)
  • Use of company vehicle
  • Excellent working environment
