Our client requires an experienced Sales Controller to assist the Sales Manager at their franchise dealership based in Bolton with stacking deals, part exchange valuations, lead management and second facing customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a target driven, objective achiever and motivational person with career aspirations to join a company with plenty of career development opportunity.

Location:

Bolton, Lancashire.

Salary and Benefits:

£40k OTE plus Company Car and benefit scheme.

Type of Role:

This is a full time permanent role based in Bolton which will include working to a rota that includes weekends.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

* To ensure all sales enquiries are dealt with efficiently and professionally
* Management of the sales team and sales processes
* Management and control of stock pricing and presentation
* To maximise the sales and profitability of vehicles and associated products
* To coach and develop Sales Executives to excel in their role
* Assist in the sales process and closing of potential sales opportunities
* Ensure the sales team deliver professional customer service at all times

Skills and Experience Required:

It is essential that you have current or recent Motor Trade experience as a Sales Controller, Business Manager, Transaction Manager or have a minimum of 3 years car sales experience and are looking to progress your career. You must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of achieving results and have a full valid driving licence.

The ideal candidate will be competitive and have determination, enthusiasm and ambition to progress their career, be a good communicator, well organised and show attention to detail.
