Our client, one of the most progressive and forward thinking groups is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator for the Used Car department at their dealership in NORTHAMPTON.

In this position you will have responsibility for handling all of the administration functions of the Used Car sales department. The role includes: Assisting the Sales Manager in all sales administration tasks, maintaining accurate information on all cars on order or in stock, maintaining the used car stock records accurately, invoicing and working closely with the accounts department, taxing vehicles and ensuring all paperwork is complete prior to delivery.                                                                                                                   

The ideal candidate will have current experience in a similar role as a Sales Administrator with a recognised dealership. You will be computer literate preferably with experience of Kerridge/ADP. You will be able to work in a busy environment, accurately and to deadlines. You will also possess good personal, interpersonal and communication skills.
