Used Car Administrator

Salary - £18,500k

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Used Car Administrator at our busy, fast paced Ford Chelmsford site.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure effective interdepartmental communication on vehicle progress
  • Inputting stock details and vehicle specification on to group system (Kerridge /CDK)
  • Inputting customer details on to group system (Kerridge /CDK)
  • Organise dealership transfers, sourcing cars from other dealerships and organising transport for these vehicles for the new car team
  • Organise for all necessary accessories to be ready prior to delivery and to push vehicles for PDI once on site
  • Organise all vehicle requirements in line with policy for display and handover
  • Administration and filing on a daily basis


What we’re looking for:

  • The ability to manage and prioritise work is essential
  • Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Computer literate including Microsoft Office, Kerridge /CDK is preferable
  • A positive attitude and smart appearance
