Sytner Nottingham has one of the largest, busiest and most modern BMW & MINI Service Centres in the UK – and we’re growing!
Earlier this year we created a team of ‘Twilight Technicians’ – working from 5.00pm until 1.00am mainly carrying out ‘Approved Used Car checks’ and Pre-delivery Inspections.
We’re thrilled with our ‘Twilighters’ – a terrific, well-supported team, operating within a culture of positivity that’s the envy of any service centre.
This opportunity is a potential life-changer for you – but don’t take our word for it….here are some of the things our Twilight Technicians have said about their new work / life balance:
“It’s great….I get to take my kids to school, and then pick them up again every day – it’s just brilliant for my family life”
“Without all the distractions you get during the day, I’m really able to crack on through the work much better”
“It used to take me an hour or more to get to work in traffic…now it’s just 20 minutes!”
“I now get all day to do the things I want to do – fantastic!”
We offer industry-leading pay, rewards and benefits in a large, spotless, state-of-the-art workshop fully equipped with all the latest tools and technology to enable you to work quickly, efficiently and with maximum productivity.
Would you like to work for the Winner of the “2017 Sunday Times Best Big Company to Work For” award - awarded each year to the company whose own employees rate as simply the best organisation to be part of in the UK? Well…that’s us.
In addition, how does a Manufacturer Car Purchase Scheme for you and your family, a host of employee benefits and discounts with popular high street retailers, access to Child Care Vouchers and, of course, unrivalled career opportunities sound?
So, we’d like to speak to you if you are….
…an experienced Vehicle Technician, fully skilled in all aspects of diagnostics, electronics, servicing and vehicle repairs. You must have both a ‘Right First Time’ approach to your work and a genuine passion for exceeding your productivity targets.
A full driving licence is essential, along with a minimum qualification of NVQ Level 2 in Motor Vehicle Repairs.
You must thrive in a busy, professional vehicle servicing environment and be absolutely at the top of your game – fully focussed on delivering real delight to both customers and colleagues a-like 100% of the time.
Although experience as a Technician is essential, it doesn’t need to be with a prestige Manufacturer – but you’ll be ambitious to work in the ultimate environment….and really want to be a part of something truly special.
Please re-read this advert again – and if you believe you have the impeccable standards and personal qualities that we are after, we’d be very excited to meet you.
To apply, send a well thought out covering letter in addition to your CV.
