We are looking for an Apprentice Service Advisor to work at our Southport dealership.
The main purpose of the job is:
·To possess excellent customer service skills both face to face and over the telephone, have a keen eye for detail, be organised and work well under pressure.
·To display the highest level of customer care and to work to improve BMW and MINI Customer satisfaction ratings.
·To liaise with the workshop to ensure timely completion of customers vehicles.
·Organise the loading of the workshop in a manner to ensure efficient utilisation of workshop capacity.
·To efficiently utilise all relevant IT systems and processes and to maintain and update customer records as required to ensure accuracy.
·To carry out customer follow up, to maintain and build the volume of work within the workshop and promote the sale of accessories, tyres, Lifestyle products, insurance products, valets etc.
Essential criteria for this position include:
·Excellent customer service and communication skills with a commitment to providing the best possible standard of customer service.
·Experience of working under pressure.
·Ability to work within a team environment.
·A commitment to follow process and strong attention to detail.
·IT skills as appropriate for the role.
Microsoft Word and Outlook would be desirable.
