Ideally you will have history of a stable franchise/independent motor industry experience and be able to demonstrate previous success in the key areas of responsibility in this part of the business. You will plan and manage the parts and accessory stock levels to meet demands customers whilst maximising sales volumes and margins.
Key to this role is providing strong leadership and man management skills to lead the teams in this business to the required results. Also Kerridge experience is required.
There is an excellent remuneration package on offer to the successful applicant bringing OTE £50,000 and other benefits including company car etc.
You will receive 29 days holiday (Including Bank Holidays) which with 3 years' service increases to 31 days
You must have 2 years experience within a Trade Parts Manager position.
