Our Client in Cambridge have the requirement for a TPS Telesales Advisor to join their team.
As a Telesales Advisor, your key responsibilities will include: receiving incoming enquiries courteously and professionally; qualifying customers’ requirements; accurately and efficiently processing orders; proactively promoting campaigns; ensuring that all required documentation is accurately produced; and responding to enquiries regarding warranties.
This is an ideal opportunity for process-driven individuals, with confident communication skills and the ability to deliver a high standard of customer care.
Previous parts experience is required and previous knowledge of the ETKA system would be advantageous.
Hours Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm
Saturdays (1in 4 on a rota) 8.00am to 1.00pm
