Telesales Parts Advisor
Northampton
Basic Salary - £17,000k + Bonus
Monday to Friday, 8:30 till 18:00 and Saturday’s half-day (1 in 2)

I am now recruiting for an experienced Telesales Parts Advisor in the Northampton area for an expanding Independent Garage. This role would perfectly somebody working within a Nationwide Motor Factor who wants to get into a busy where your hard-work is appreciated and rewarded.

As part of our Client's team you will be responsible for:

- Ordering, booking out parts, invoicing and taking payment
- Checking in parts deliveries
- Proving quotations
- Advising the customer on any repair issues and costs, gaining authority for any additional work
- Promoting additional products, accessories and warranties

Applicants should be confident, highly organised and adaptable team players being comfortable working under pressure. Excellent communication skills are required with the ability to communicate at all levels and build long lasting, effective working relationships. Previous experience in a Telesales Parts advisor role is essential.
