SERVICE VEHICLE TECHNICIAN (Level 2-3) Dealership
Basic Salary £22,000pa - £29,000pa with up to £44,000pa OTE
Location: NORTH WEST LONDON
As our Service Vehicle Technician you’ll be responsible for the service and routine maintenance and preparation of all kinds of vehicles ensuring all work is carried out to manufacturer standards.
Our service department is expanding, as such we need two new technicians to join this growing team. MOT qualifications would be preferred but not essential.
We believe in training and although you will need normal basic qualifications further training can be provided to support the right candidate in the product; in the training academy qualification bands; MOT; air conditioning etc.
·To service and repair all vehicles to the highest standard possible
·Identifying faults, making improvements, keeping accurate records and meet demanding quality and safety standards.
·Maintain a good level of efficiency without compromising quality
·Ensuring complete customer satisfaction
·Accurately and skilfully undertake the repair and servicing of motor vehicles.
·Detect and diagnose and additional faults for further repair
·Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with professional standards
·Fulfil all tasks to the customers’ complete satisfaction
·Always work to your best ability to promote and maintain a very high standard of customer care
·Excellent customer service skills
·Take responsibility for the quality and quantity of their work
·Experience and competency in the accurate use of IT equipment
·Self-motivation and enthusiasm
·Relevant, Automotive NVQ level 2- 3 or City and Guilds
·A full Driving Licence
·Your own set of Tools

MOT licence would be desirable but not essential
LEVEL 3 Vehicle Technician and MOT Tester Qualification Essential
The successfully candidate will work well within a team, have excellent communication, attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines. The successfully candidate must also be organised and punctual with a drive to succeed, ensuring maximum efficiency and utilisation of time.
