Role overview: 

Working for a leading manufacturer, you’ll make the tactical campaigns a market leading proposition and become a key partner for Leasing Company, Dealer and Broker tactical activity.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  •           Leasing Company, Dealer & Broker negotiation.
  • Single point of contact for all tactical deal negotiations with Lease Co’s, Dealers & Brokers.
  • Work with Contract Hire and Leasing Manager(s) to ensure consistent external messaging.
  • Resolve campaign issues & queries that arise within Lease Co Dealers & Brokers.
  • Manage communication and process requirement for Dealer activity.
  • Relationship management with Brokers including communication, events, planning and meetings across all levels within their businesses.
  • Quality management of Brokers, ensuring Leasing Companies and Brokers are adhering to the company operational standards and policies, and campaigns are FCA compliant for key partners.
  • Implementation and ownership of quarterly and annual sales plan with key Brokers.
  • Financial forecast with all deviations to plan tracked, analysed and costed.
  • Return on campaign monitored, tracked and reported.
  • Ownership of Campaign budget, tracking and reporting.
  • Financial management of annual sales plan with key Brokers.
  • Ownership of tactical sales forecast and ordertake by Channel, (Leasing Companies, Dealers, Brokers) model, profit, spend.
  • Update status and forecast during weekly forecast meeting.
  • Review forecast & campaigns with Product Marketing managers.
  • Expectation management - Communication of plans, market trading conditions, and update on competitive position. 

Pre-requisites:

  • Education to degree level is preferred
  • Industry experience within manufacture, leasing company or similar.
  • Relationship management in a B2B / B2C environment.
  • Understanding of the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) regulations and implications when creating campaigns with Leasing Companies, Brokers, Dealers
  • IT skills - Advanced Microsoft Excel, and competent with Word, Powerpoint
  • Strong evidence of building relationships with clients/customer
