MSXI are currently recruiting for a Sourcing Consultant to maintain best practice processes for the day-to-day operations for a Management Service Provider (MSP) program for staff augmentation services and/or SOW based services.

The Sourcing Consultant position will be hands-on to ensure our Client’s requirements are worked upon and closed within the set SLA’s. The Sourcing Consultant will manage the whole recruitment process, from processing new requisitions, screening applicant’s right through to managing onboarding processes.

The Sourcing Consultant is an ideal role for someone with a background in MSP, VMS, sourcing or recruitment.

 

As a Sourcing Consultant, you will be expected to succeed at the following tasks

 

Candidate Responsibilities

·       Provide support to Hiring Managers for requisition creation

·       Review and qualify new requisitions and release to suppliers

·       Facilitate Q&A sessions for suppliers on requisitions as needed     

·       Screen candidate profiles (skills, experience, availability, etc.) and resume to pass only the top resources to the Hiring Manager when required

·       Coordinate/schedule interviews with both Hiring Manager and Supplier when required

·       Manage On/Off Boarding process and facilitate assignment changes (including extensions, transfers, backfills, on-boarding audits, etc.)

·       Ensuring that the feedback about supplier availability to fill a position is sent back to the Client

·       Highlighting any process gaps to Program Manager/Director

·       Monitor requisition approvals and escalate issues when required

·       Conduct regular market rate analysis to ensure client obtains fair market pricing

·       Serve as primary point of contact for Suppliers and Hiring Managers

·       Develop proactive Supplier Relationships per the needs of the customer

·       Manage all issues related to time entry and approval

·       Manage all billing issues, including adjustments

·       Provide Supplier payment details to applicable contacts

·       Ensure compliance with client procurement policies, guidelines, and processes

·       Monitor invoice & payment/monitoring of accruals and adjustments

·       Deliver comprehensive reporting (Standard & Ad-Hoc) to customer

·       Provide general program & system user support

·       Conduct ongoing user training for buyers, users and suppliers

 

Candidate Specifications

·       Prefer 2+ years of MSP/VMS experience, or equivalent years of blended staffing or recruiting and MSP/VMS experience 

·       Prior experience sourcing/recruiting

·       Strong ability to build professional relationships with the client and peers

·       Must be able to work onsite at client location

 

Competencies and Skills Required

·       Must have excellent communication skills – both written and oral

·       Must have strong organization and professional skills

·       Excellent client facing and professional skills, especially with director and VP level managers

·       Ability to work closely with other team members to deliver service to the client

·       Experience with Outlook, Word, and Scheduling                    

·       Experience in a fast pace environment, managing a large volume of jobs/assignments

·       Excellent troubleshooting skills

 

Working hours

·       Monday – Friday 37.5 week
