They now have a fantastic opportunity for a SERVICE RECEPTION SUPERVISOR to join their flagship dealership in N.W. LONDON.
You will report to the Service Manager with key responsibilities to ensure the efficient operation of the service team, to meet and exceed customer expectations and maximise workshop profitability in line with agreed budgets and company operating standards, whilst ensuring the highest possible levels of quality and customer service.
With the Service Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of all customer facing areas of the Service Department, through supervision of the reception team.
Service Reception Supervisor responsibilities include:
•Ensuring service reception is staffed at all times and phone calls answered promptly.
•Ensuring the correct capture of data on our CRM systems
•Preparing job cards and ensuring accuracy of warranty work booked in and processed.
•Keeping customer satisfaction surveys at a high level
•Co-ordinating bookings and re-bookings
Our ideal Service Reception Supervisor has:
•Pinnacle or Kerridge experience
•Previous experience within the motor industry
•Excellent customer care skills
•The ability to cope with a shifting workload and a busy environment
On offer is a basic of £26,000 with an opportunity to increase this through a competitive bonus package
