Purpose of The Role

The main purpose of the Service Programme Manager role is to develop strategies relating to service programmes with the manufacturer to develop and improve the Aftersales business and Retailer network.

Candidate Responsibilities and Objectives

  • Understanding of Retailer Network Service profit opportunities and creation of business case
  • Programme benchmarking and competitor analysis
  • Market KPI reporting, dashboard development and analysis
  • Identification of Aftersales retention and profitability issues, action items and risks
  • Development of marketing/campaign support business plan and Service retention programmes
  • Supporting OEM promotional field events and monitoring and improvement of Service Customer Satisfaction activity and results reporting to OEM management
  • Analytical, KPI and data driven decision maker with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Competencies and Skills Required

  • Good understanding and knowledge of development and implementation of Aftersales operations
  • Vibrant, energetic, enthusiastic, highly motivated, flexible, and proactive personality
  • Desire to thrive in a high-performance, collaborative, constructive peer group is beneficial
  • Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, with a commitment to and passion for the brand
  • Strong business acumen, customer focus and automotive knowledge
  • Recognised organizational, project and time management skills
  • Working hours - Full time with possibility of overtime and Flexible core hours
