We are currently recruiting for a driven Service Manager for our client's main Car dealer site in the Cambridge area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Service Manager to join an established and flourishing site, working for a superb brand and dealer group.
Role
As Service Manager, you will be looking after a busy and professional dealership where your remit will be to manage all aspects of the department: From day to day running of the Workshop, managing the Technicians to achieve maximum productivity, making sure that the Service Advisors are very customer focused and achieve up sales targets to budgets and KPI Monitoring.
You will also be working closely with the senior management to ensure that key objectives and strategies are met, we are looking for someone who is constantly looking to improve the department and to exceed targets.
We are looking for a Service Manager with the drive and enthusiasm to take the department further and this role will be ideal for an established Service Manage or a Service Team Manager looking for the next step in their career.
Requirements
*Previous experience in an Aftersales role; ideally in a senior, supervisor or manager capacity *Able to demonstrate good leadership and coaching ability. *Strong man-management skills. *Kerridge knowledge is preferable but not essential. Knowledge of a dealer management system such as Pinnacle. *Solid and stable career history. All applications will be dealt with in confidence
