Accomplished Service Manager for Expanding Commercial Main Dealer
The dealership is currently going through a phase of expansion and is looking to put in place an established and successful commercial vehicle service manager
Running a successful service dept requires a manager who takes on the difficult decisions. A strong leader who doesn't hesitate to deal with awkward issues - it could be the lack of a suitable solution or the experience to realise you can't please all the people all the time. The service manager who our client is looking for will always be looking for ways to overcome any obstacles in the way of the result both the dealership and the customer is looking for.
On day one are you going to have a game-plan and a vision to ensure things get off to the right start? Short term and long term objectives to make sure you get there on time? Can you be objective about the current state of your dept and focus on what needs to be improved?
