Our Client in Cambridge have the requirement for a Service Manager to join their aftersales team.
As a Service Manager you will play a crucial role in driving the business forward. Friendly and professional, you’ll inspire your team to ensure that every customer’s experience of our Centre is exceptional. Naturally confident, with proven managerial experience you will have strong leadership skills, along with the ability to implement change, strengthen our business and take our Centre to new heights, you will be an important ambassador for our client.
Your duties will include: maximising commercial opportunities, monitoring customer needs to maintain high levels of customer service, selecting and recruiting members of the Service Team and ensuring sufficient resources are available to meet servicing requirements. You will assist in achieving Sales & Financial targets, with defined operating and financial guidelines. You will contribute to the development of plans, policies and procedures as required to ensure the achievement of all tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
You must have previous Managerial and Motor Trade experience.
Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm
Saturdays 8.30am to 1.00pm
£30,000-£35,000 (depending on experience) + £10,000 bonus
