You will be able to effectively deal with all customer communication and regularly review processes for improvement, whilst monitoring and working to monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
The successful applicant will be self-motivated with a positive approach that will deliver exceptional levels of customer service. Along with the ability to form strong relationships with the manufacturer.
