Our Client, a main large franchised dealership in Bedford have the requirement for a Service Consultant to join their aftersales team.
As a Service Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving the business forward. Friendly and Professional, you will be the first point of contact for Customers visiting the centre and, as such, you’ll be an important ambassador for the Brand.
Your duties will include: Dealing with customer requirements for Service and Vehicle Repairs in an efficient and courteous manner, to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction; dealing with all service enquires by telephone, email and face-to-face; managing the allocation and handover of customer service vehicles; and liaising with workshop teams to ensure timely completion of customer vehicles.
Previous Service Advisor experience is required, as is a Full UK Driving License.
