Reporting in to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for arranging bookings ensuring that the personal/vehicle details are correct, pre-contacting customers ahead of visit and managing the visit from start to finish. You will be offering and selling available products to agreed targets and taking payments and explaining invoices to customers.
You will be regularly updating customers ensuring a smooth and professional service is carried out making follow ups to ensure the visit and work is complete.
You will be managing work in progress daily, rebooking customers where parts have been ordered. You will also nee a full Driving License.
Our ideal Service Advisor will have a proven track record within the motor trade with 3 years experience. You will be a confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner. You will put customer service at the forefront of everything you do to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
On offer is a basic up to £30,000 DOE and a competitive BONUS package to increase your earnings as well as Company Car Scheme and on going Training to Master Advisor level.
This is a full time Motor Trade Job working Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.
