Representing a luxury brand to it's demanding and discerning customers requires a special sort of person who can keep the customer, manufacturer and dealership happy
You will need to really believe that "YOU" make the difference between an average customer experience and something exceptional that your customer will appreciate and extol the virtues of to their colleagues, friends and family, not that they will always say so to you
The job is technical, complicated and detailed so you will need to be highly organised and focused on getting things right first time every time
Sales will play a large part of your responsibilities and you need to be confident presenting additional options to your customers in a positive and professional way to make sure you hit personal and departmental targets for which you will receive a very good bonus
You will benefit from a thorough training programme and a manufacturer qualification that is recognised world-wide and our client will look at candidates from outside of the trade if they have a very strong customer service or retail background and a stable work history
