Conrico International Limited is a Jaguar Land Rover approved Service Centre based in Chertsey. We are currently looking for an experienced automotive Service Advisor to join our small and friendly team.
The main purpose of the role is to ensure the efficient running of the reception, dealing professionally with all Customers and ensuring work is correctly loaded onto the system and communicated to the workshop.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with Customers, keeping them regularly updated and resolving any issues efficiently and professionally.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of work through the workshop and agreeing vehicle collection and delivery arrangements with the Customer.
The successful candidate will also need previous experience in a similar role, a valid driving license, experience of using ADP/CDK, excellent organisation skills and the ability to work under pressure at times.
Hours are 45 per week (Monday to Friday), with Saturday mornings on a rota, paid at time and a half (currently one Saturday in 3).
