Our client a busy Prestige franchised dealership Near Cowley Oxfordshire have the requirement for an experienced Service Advisor to join their successful Aftersales team.
As a Service Advisor and you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward. Friendly and professional, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership and, as such, you'll be an important ambassador for the company.
Your duties will include: dealing with customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs in an efficient and courteous manner, to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction; dealing with all service enquiries by telephone, email and face-to-face; managing the allocation and handover of customer service vehicles; and liaising with workshop teams to ensure timely completion of customer vehicles.
Previous experience of working in a customer service position within the motor industry is essential and you must hold a full UK driving licence.
