Ideally, you will be an experienced Service Advisor with main dealer experience and you will possess good confident communication skills both face to face and on the telephone. You will have exceptional organisational skills, and be computer literate as all systems are computer based. Some technical knowledge is an advantage, but not essential.
As part of a team of Service Advisors you will meet and greet service customers and identify their service requirements along with any other opportunities for upsell, ensuring all details are communicated through to the workshop, in a concise manner.
You will possess an outgoing and confident personality and be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
The package includes a salary cica £24,000 DOE.
