Our client a busy franchised dealership in Milton Keynes have the requirement for an experienced Service Advisor to join their successful Aftersales team.
As a Service Advisor you will be friendly and professional and will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership. Your duties will include: dealing with customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs in an efficient and courteous manner, to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction; dealing with all service enquiries by telephone, email and face-to-face; managing the allocation and handover of customer service vehicles; and liaising with workshop teams to ensure timely completion of customer vehicle.
Previous dealership/motor trade customer service experience is essential, although you do not need to have been a Service Advisor and you must hold a full UK driving license.
