We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, enthusiastic and highly professional Internal Service Advisor who wants to move into the world of prestige.
Ideally but not essential, you will have previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry or in a similar-type role. You will also require an appreciation of high levels of customer service and excellent communication skills.
Based in our state of the art BMW showroom you will be expected to provide a 100% level of customer service to both external and internal customers, from booking them in through to regular progress updates on their vehicles and explaining the final invoice.
We understand the importance of giving you the correct skills to enable you to do the job we require of you so you will be trained at the BMW Academy on all servicing skills which will result in a service certification qualification.
There are various levels of basic pay, depending upon your skillsets, but this will be discussed at interview.
