The Role:

  • You will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers with exceptional customer service skills
  • Liaising with customers about services provided and problems they are experiencing with their vehicle
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and scheduling service appointments
  • Communicate to customers about the services being offered and to deal with all customers on a professional level
  • Upsell on optional services and accessories to the customers at every opportunity
  • Monitoring services to ensure the vehicle will be ready when promised and updating the customer if any delays are expected


Who we are looking for:

  • Must have main dealership experience
  • Someone who is fully committed to customer satisfaction and delivers exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Someone with a pro-active approach
  • Ability to be self-motivated and manage significant workload
  • Ability to build a rapport with customers
