Car Dealership Service Advisor in Cambridge
A smashing opportunity has arisen within truly forward thinking Automotive Retail Group in the UK; they are looking for a Service Advisor to join their team at one of their busy Dealerships.
You will be working in a similar role. Previous experience within a dealership is not essential but you will need to possess excellent customer handling skills for this role.
Key purpose of the job
To meet and exceed customer expectations and to help maximise departmental profitability.
Your role will be to receive customers and their vehicles, in a friendly and professional manner, discuss and confirm their requirements. You will also take responsibility for the customer’s journey whilst their vehicle is in for repair or service.
To be considered for this role, you will have current or recent experience in a similar role:
You should possess great customer relationship skills and be able to adapt to the customers' requirements
• You will have strong organisational skills
• The ability to verbally communicate clearly and succinctly both face to face and on the telephone
• Demonstrate good understanding of team dynamics and team work
• Have a desire to achieve the departmental targets set
Basic salary £22,000 (OTE £28,000)
Working hours 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday, Saturdays (on a rota) 8am - 12:30pm
