Service Advisor required in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire
Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 6.00pm + 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
Salary depending on experience
Progress Recruitment Solutions are currently seeking to recruit an Automotive Service Advisor to join our Client's Main Dealer Aftersales Department in Huddersfield.
The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months' experience in a franchised dealership environment within a Service Advisor role (or general Aftersales Advisor). Experience with Dealer Management Software such as Kerridge, Pinnacle or Peak would be an advantage. We are looking for candidates with a strong selling ability whilst able to maintain an excellent level of customer service.
This is a customer-facing role, candidates should therefore be well-presented, well-mannered with excellent customer service skills. You will be able to work as part of a small, close-knit team, dealing with general Parts and Service enquiries, as well as administering the ordering and return of parts.
