Our client a prestige brand franchised dealership in North London have the requirement for an experienced and high performing Service Advisor to join their successful Aftersales team.
As a Service Advisor and you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward. Friendly and professional, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership and, as such, you'll be an important ambassador for the company.
Your duties will include: dealing with customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs in an efficient and courteous manner, to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction; dealing with all service enquiries by telephone, email and face-to-face; managing the allocation and handover of customer service vehicles; and liaising with workshop teams to ensure timely completion of customer vehicles.
Recent experience of working as a Service Advisor within a franchised dealership environment is preferred, experience of representing prestige or luxury brands would be advantageous.The client might look at anyone in the trade that can show true enthusiem to take on this role. One thing the clinet does not like is job hoppers so please do not apply if you have had a number of jobs in a short period, even if they are contrcat or temporay. full UK driving licence required
