Our client, a busy franchised dealership in Leicester have the requirement for a Service Advisor to join their Aftersales team.
Your duties will include greeting customers in a prompt and courteous manner, checking in customer vehicle arrivals, liaising with the workshop to provide customers with timely progress updates, sell and advise on additional work required, and provide a first class handover with full invoice explanation.
Previous Service Advisor experience within a car dealership environment is essential, and you must hold a full UK driving license.
