An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vehicle Service Advisor to join the team at our Breeze van centre in Southampton.
The ideal candidate would be currently working in a main dealer environment or have experience of such and possess good technical knowledge being able to explain the repair process and book vehicles in . Alternatively a strong sales background would be beneficial, technical training will be given.
This is a customer facing role so good communication and excellent customer service skills are vital together with a smart appearance. You'll put our customers' needs at the heart of everything you do, whether it's providing estimates, booking repairs or answering queries to make the customers experience as enjoyable as possible, whilst providing the very highest level of customer service.
