Service Administrator - Gloucester
Currently recruiting for an experienced Service Administrator for one of the UK's leading Franchise Commercial Vehicle Dealers.
Reporting directly to the Service Manager the ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role. Responsibilities include workshop booking, receiving vehicles, maintaining contact with customers, ensuring processes and systems are adhered to and delivering the best Customer Service at all times.
Knowledge and excellent understanding of KERRIDGE is a must for this role.
