An exciting opportunity has arisen for a successful and motivated Senior Service Advisor to work within our successful and prestigious Toyota dealership in Cambridge.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating outstanding customer confidence in the aftersales service offered by Jardine Motors Group by ensuring a professional performance and exceptional commitment to customer care.
They will also facilitate the efficient operation of the Service department workshop, through the use of all available Aftersales departmental resources to maximise customer experience and profitability throughout all transactions.
Ensuring there is growth and development of the business through providing core, value added and incremental aftersales products whilst upholding full Duty of Care to our customer's vehicles at all times.
Finally, our ideal candidate will be responsible to be an ambassador of the brand and Company at all times promoting the highest standard of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers and members of the public.
Experience and Qualifications
This is very hands-on role and the person appointed will:
• Will have experience of working in a customer service role (automotive experience not required as training given) • Have exceptional inter-personal skills • Have experience within a retail environment • Have good attention to detail • Be flexible and enjoy working in a team environment
